Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• Experience with desktop publishing and on-line documentation software.
• Ability to translate technical information into plain language.
• Experience with various software products.
• Medicaid experience preferred.
• Technical writing experience preferred.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Researching, writing, editing, and proofreading technical data for documents.
• Writes, organizes, enters, and compiles online help files.
• Creates, compiles, and delivers documentation packages from multiple sources.
• Participates in quality reviews of artifacts.
