A national third-party administrator is seeking a Plan Document Writer to support its Marketing Team by creating medical plan documents and summaries of benefits. The role involves evaluating plan designs, researching provisions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various computer applications. The compensation ranges from $16 to $19 USD per hour with additional perks including insurance coverage and a retirement plan.
Point C is a National third-party administrator (TPA) with local market presence that delivers customized self-funded benefit programs. The Plan Document Writer will support the Marketing Team with new business needs which include, but are not limited to creating medical plan documents, changes, and creating summaries of benefits and coverage (SBCs). The schedule varies based on business needs but can be performed between the hours of 6:30 am EST to 3:00 pm EST Monday - Friday.
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
