Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve complex software and networked systems for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will handle frequent phone and email interactions and maintain detailed Salesforce records while learning the product vertical. Hours are 9 per day, Monday to Friday, with a Central Time window.

A U.S. citizen is required for contract work on RelativityOne Government products, with potential Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Customer support experience is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• SQL and Windows platform knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Create, resolve, and maintain tickets in Salesforce.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug software and networked systems.
• Provide timely responses to clients via phone and email.
• Escalate tickets to other teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate activity records and report statuses.
