Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 (TSS-2) to assist with resolving complex, time-sensitive issues in Medstation ES 1.1x upgrades. This remote role supports internal teams and customer escalations, with focus on timely resolution and high-quality service.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3+ years of equivalent experience, 2+ years of SQL experience, and Windows Server expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 3+ years equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience and ability to write queries.
• Experience with Windows Server and IT networking concepts.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Strong documentation and case-note skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication.
• Ensure adherence to ES 1.1x remediation requirements.
• Promptly resolve cases and escalations in upgrade environments.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x and troubleshoot effectively.
• Document case notes clearly and completely.
