Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in CS or 3+ years of equivalent experience, strong SQL/SSIS/SSRS skills, and experience in Windows Server environments, working in a remote, home-office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL experience and ability to write queries (Select/Joins).
• Experience with SQL Server tools like SSIS and SSRS.

• Assist in resolving complex, time-sensitive issues including customer escalations.
• Provide CSC support related to ES 1.1x upgrade and implementation.
• Document case notes with high data quality in Salesforce.
