BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 for a limited-term assignment through June 2028. The role focuses on resolving complex, time-sensitive issues, customer escalations, and ES 1.1x remediation support. Requires a BS in CS or Electronics or 3+ years of experience, plus strong SQL, Windows, and IT networking skills.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and knowledge expansion in a dynamic upgrade environment, with in-office and remote work considerations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience with ability to write queries and analyze data.
• Experience with SSIS, SQL Reporting Services, and Windows Server.
• Knowledge of XML and basic network concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inbound/outbound support and handle escalations on the 1.1x Channel.
• Document case notes with clear and succinct information.
• Identify trends in case work and improve knowledge of ES 1.1x remediation.
• Maintain data quality in Salesforce and track case progress.
• Collaborate with ES upgrade team and comply with regulatory requirements.
