BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist in resolving complex, time-sensitive issues, including customer escalations, site downtime, remote troubleshooting, and dispatching to field service technicians. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years).
• Must be able to write queries and analyze SQL data within complex database structures.
• SSIS exposure/experience and SQL Reporting Services.
• Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration; Networking topology and commands; IIS and Web Application Administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team to ensure timely communication and coordination of support.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x to ensure proficiency in troubleshooting & support.
• Provide customer service support and ensure quality of service.
• Document case notes with high data quality and integrity in Salesforce.
