Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server and hospital IT environments.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Strong documentation and case-note practices (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x channel.
• Communicate via phone and email with clarity and professionalism.
• Document case notes with concise, non-technical language when needed.
• Identify case trends and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain high data quality and integrity in Salesforce.
• Provide progress updates and gather customer feedback.
