Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to join the ES 1.1x remediation team in the United States. This limited-term assignment through June 2028 offers benefits and the chance to impact critical healthcare technology.

You will resolve time-sensitive issues, coordinate with field service, and provide CSC support to internal peers, while expanding your knowledge of MedStation and BD products. If you excel at structured processes, data quality, and customer communication, this role provides

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronic Technologies OR 3+ years of equivalent experience.
2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience and strong SQL query skills.
Experience with SSIS, SQL Reporting Services and Windows Server administration.
Familiarity with AD, IIS, networking concepts, DNS/DHCP and XML understanding.

Responsibilities

Answers inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel.
Communicates effectively via phone and email to customers.
Documents case notes with clear, accurate data in Salesforce.
Identifies trends and escalates issues as appropriate.
Maintains knowledge of ES 1.1x remediation and BD products.
Supports cross-functional upgrade teams to ensure timely communication and coordination.
