BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist with complex, time-sensitive issues spanning server to station for MedStation systems. This limited-term assignment through June 2028 includes medical, dental and 401k benefits.

You will resolve escalations, coordinate with field service and ES 1.1x upgrade teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across upgrades. Ideal candidates excel in rapid problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and continuous improvement of support processes

Qualifikationen

• Experience solving complex, time-sensitive issues in MedTech environments.
• Understanding ES 1.1x remediation.
• Ability to navigate upgrade/implementation projects.
