A leading software company is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide client-facing support for SaaS printing solutions. This 100% remote role requires expertise in print management software and involves building strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. The position demands excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel, with an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $135,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with PaperCut, YSoft, Equitrac, eCopy, uniFLOW or similar.
• Must possess a clean valid state driver's license.
• Knowledge of SaaS-based print management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Cooperate with marketing and product teams.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance.
