Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair print production equipment.
Conduct pre-installation scoping and facility meetings.
Diagnose, repair, and document service issues with machinery.
Provide training and demonstrations for customers.
Analyze helpdesk tickets and recommend system improvements.
Assist in coordinating equipment and parts delivery logistics.
