Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong background in solvent, Latex, or UV printing or service is a must.
• Proven knowledge of Wide Format RIP software is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair print production equipment.
• Conduct pre-installation scoping and facility meetings.
• Diagnose, repair, and document service issues with machinery.
• Provide training and demonstrations for customers.
• Analyze helpdesk tickets and recommend system improvements.
• Assist in coordinating equipment and parts delivery logistics.
