Transcom is seeking a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor to support customers from home across the United States. You will use your technical knowledge to assist with devices and services, while delivering exceptional customer care.

As a remote team member, you will handle inbound calls, maintain professional communication, and follow strict schedules with reliable attendance. Transcom emphasizes growth, training, and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able to work a full-time 32–40 hour week with overtime opportunities as needed.
• Must adhere strictly to the assigned schedule and shifts (including evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in a technical support role or troubleshooting preferred.
• Previous call center or work-from-home experience preferred.

• Support customers in using smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Listen to callers, analyze issues, and provide solutions or guidance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and explain steps clearly to customers.
