Job summary

Transcom is hiring a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor to support customers with phones, tablets, and computers from a remote home office. You will troubleshoot technical issues, enroll or cancel services, and resolve disputes while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires strong English communication, 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a full-time schedule on a remote basis. Training and equipment are provided by Transcom.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Full-time availability 32–40 hours per week.
• Adherence to scheduled hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with callers, listen, analyze, and resolve tech issues.
• Navigate multiple applications to research solutions.
• Multitask while providing step-by-step, accurate guidance.
• Handle conflicts calmly with a service-oriented mindset.
• Work independently in a fully remote, structured environment.
• Take high-volume inbound calls with focus and timeliness.
• Follow procedures and maintain professionalism.
