Job summary

Transcom is hiring a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor to support customers remotely. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through services, and resolve inquiries with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

This full-time remote role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities. You’ll work from home with flexible pay options and learning opportunities as you help customers with devices and services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Full-time schedule 32–40 hours with overtime opportunities as needed.
• Adherence to assigned schedule.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must type at least 30 wpm.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused.
• Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to policies.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with customers.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
• Experience in technical support or call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Listen, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Research solutions using multiple applications.
• Provide step-by-step guidance with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist customers with enrolling in or cancelling services or disputing charges.
• Manage back-to-back calls in a structured, remote setting.
