Job summary

Transcom is seeking a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor to be the friendly voice supporting customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers. You will listen, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues while providing step-by-step guidance in a high-volume, remote environment.

This full-time, work-from-home role offers starting pay of $17.31 per hour plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to grow with a global company that values people and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Able to work full-time 32-40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
• Must maintain 100% adherence to the assigned schedule.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer knowledge and typing at least 30 wpm.
• Experience in technical support or troubleshooting preferred.
• Previous call center and/or work-from-home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Listen to callers, analyze, and isolate tech issues.
• Navigate multiple applications to research solutions.
• Provide step-by-step instructions with accuracy and timeliness.
