ScriptPro seeks a Technical Support Analyst to provide remote customer service with professional problem resolution and ticket management. The role includes logging service requests and escalating complex issues.

Training is 3 weeks onsite at headquarters in Mission, KS, with long-term remote work from home flexibility. Reporting to the Supervisor, Technical Support, you will troubleshoot ScriptPro systems, software, and hardware, while maintaining security and user access controls.

Qualificações

• Associate/Bachelor degree or 2 years related experience.
• Basic Windows OS Knowledge (XP/7/10/11).
• Desktop and peripheral troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing/service desk software and SLA-driven resolution times.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel by air if located outside the area.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ScriptPro systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
• Maintain, upgrade, or replace software systems and provide hardware support.
• Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Maintain progressive knowledge of ScriptPro systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
