Job summary

ScriptPro, a leading provider of robotics and software for pharmacy operations, seeks a Technical Analyst, Pharmacy Support-Remote.

You will troubleshoot ScriptPro systems, use remote tools like BOMGAR and Windows Remote Desktop, and work a Saturday-Tuesday shift 10:00 am - 8:30 pm CST in a primarily remote role.

Candidates should have 3+ years of Windows/ networking experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years experience with Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Advanced hardware troubleshooting skills and experience with proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information about products and services.
• Conduct technical analysis and review system performance.
• Troubleshoot software, reports, and Windows OS issues; assist with pharmacy workflow.
• Document actions with high data quality in Siebel.
• Coordinate support for onsite field technicians as needed.
