Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Technical Analyst, Pharmacy Support for a remote role. The position supports ScriptPro systems, hardware, and software, using remote tools to assist customers and advising on best practices in pharmacy workflows.

The role requires 3+ years in Windows/Networking, strong problem solving, and excellent communication. Some travel may be needed; Saturdays-Tuesdays shift; remote work with KC metro preference.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 3+ years with Windows OS, networking, software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and CRM/ticketing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong data quality.
• Ability to travel by air when required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information on products and services.
• Troubleshoot proprietary software, reports, and workflow issues.
• Collaborate with field techs and coordinate parts shipments.
• Document activities in Siebel with high data quality.
• Monitor systems for performance and minimize downtime.
