Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide remote customer service and problem resolution. The role handles inbound calls, opens service requests, and supports projects as needed. There is a mandatory 3-week onsite training at our Mission, KS headquarters.

The position is primarily remote with periodic on-site work for Kansas City area staff. Requires a degree or relevant experience and strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum Associate’s degree in engineering/technology or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 years related experience.
• Basic Windows OS Knowledge (XP/7/10/11).
• Desktops and peripherals troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing/service desk software and SLA-driven resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ScriptPro systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Maintain, upgrade, or replace software systems and provide hardware support.
• Support and maintain user accounts, including rights, security, and groups.
• Maintain progressive knowledge of ScriptPro systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
