Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Pharmacy Support Analyst to troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain ScriptPro systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals, using remote support tools to assist customers with reported issues.

This remote role offers a Kansas City metro preference and occasional travel; strong problem-solving, communication, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in a fast-paced, evolving pharmacy technology environment.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Windows OS, networking, software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficient with remote support tools such as BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, or Windows Remote Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide and process information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot issues with proprietary software and system components.
• Document all ticket activities with high data quality in Siebel/CRM.
• Coordinate support for onsite field technicians and parts shipments.
