Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Pharmacy Support Analyst to troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain ScriptPro systems, hardware, and software. You will use remote support tools to assist customers and advise on best practices for configuration and workflow.

This is a remote role with preference for Kansas City Metro area; some travel may be required. The role reports to the Supervisor, Technical Support and requires strong technical prowess, problem-solving, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 3 years experience with Windows OS, networking, software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of desktop and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting proprietary software applications.
• Proficiency with remote support tools (BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, Windows RD).
• Working knowledge of connectivity and networking concepts.
• Intermediate SQL databases and query syntax.
• Experience with Oracle/Siebel or other CRM ticketing systems.
• Experience in SLA-driven resolution environments.
• Strong typing speed (50 WPM).
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct technical analysis and review of system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with software, reports, and pharmacy workflows.
• Use remote support tools to assist customers.
• Document all job functions with high data quality in Siebel.
• Coordinate support for onsite field technicians and parts shipments.
• Travel by air as needed when located outside the area.
• Maintain punctual attendance and strong customer service.
