Job summary

ScriptPro is hiring a Pharmacy Support Analyst to troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain ScriptPro systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals. You will use remote tools to assist customers, advise on best practices for configuration and workflows, and may travel as needed.

This is a remote role with some Kansas City area on-site requirements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting, plus experience with remote support tools and SQL databases.

Qualifications

An associate degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
3+ years experience with Windows OS, networking, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
Advanced knowledge of desktop and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.
Experience supporting proprietary software applications.
Proficiency with remote support tools such as BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, or Windows RD.
Working knowledge of connectivity and networking concepts.
Intermediate knowledge of SQL databases and query syntax.
Experience using help desk ticketing systems (Oracle, Siebel, or other CRM).
Experience with SLA-driven resolution environments.
Fast typing skills (50 WPM).
Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving field.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to provide and process information about products and services.
Conduct technical analysis and review of system performance.
Troubleshoot issues with proprietary software and O/S, reports, and pharmacy workflows.
Research information using knowledge bases, procedures, and documented tickets.
Attend to customer inquiries from general or SME queues.
Deliver support via phone, chat, and email while managing multiple channels.
Document all job functions with high data quality in Siebel.
Proactively monitor systems to minimize downtime.
Coordinate support for onsite field technicians and parts shipments.
