Zusammenfassung

ScriptPro is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to respond to inbound customer service calls and provide remote problem resolution with a high level of professionalism. You will open service requests in a ticketing system and may assist with projects as needed.

The role is remote from home, with a required 3-week onsite training at our headquarters in Mission, KS. The position reports to the Supervisor, Technical Support and operates Sunday through Thursday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm CST.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in engineering/tech or equivalent, or 2 years related experience.
• Basic Windows OS knowledge (XP/7/10/11).
• Desktop and peripheral troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing or service desk software is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and customer service abilities.

Aufgaben

• Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ScriptPro systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Upgrade or replace software and provide hardware support.
• Manage user accounts, rights, security, and system groups.
• Maintain knowledge of ScriptPro systems and processes.
• Assist with customer support and research projects as needed.
