Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Technical Analyst for Pharmacy Support in a remote role with preference for candidates in the Kansas City area. The position focuses on troubleshooting ScriptPro systems, remote support, and pharmacy workflow consulting.

Some travel by air or auto may be required, with a shift Tue–Fri 8:00 PM–6:30 AM CST and on-site work possible in KC metro. Responsibilities include system analysis, performance monitoring, ticketing, and collaboration with customers to implement best

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred in computer science or a related field.
3+ years of experience with Windows OS, networking, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
Advanced knowledge of desktop and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.
Experience supporting proprietary software applications.
Proficiency with remote support tools such as BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, or Windows Remote Desktop.
Working knowledge of connectivity and networking concepts.
Intermediate knowledge of SQL databases and query syntax.
Experience using help desk ticketing systems (Oracle, Siebel, or other CRM).
Experience with SLA-driven resolution environments.
Fast typing (50 WPM) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries about products and services.
Conduct technical analysis and review of system performance.
Troubleshoot issues with proprietary software, third-party processing, reports, and pharmacy workflows.
Research information using knowledge bases, SharePoint, and documented Service Requests.
Respond to customer inquiries from general or SME queues as assigned.
Deliver support via phone, chat, and email simultaneously.
Manage ticket queue by priority and impact.
Recommend workflow changes based on pharmacy needs and best practices.
Document functions with high data quality and communicate clearly to end users.
Build customer relationships through superior service and proactive monitoring.
Coordinate onsite field technician support and shipment of parts.
Possess a valid driver's license and travel as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
