Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Pharmacy Support Analyst III for a remote, home-based position. You will troubleshoot ScriptPro systems, analyze performance, and assist customers using remote tools like BOMGAR and Windows Remote Desktop.

Some travel may be required for locations outside the area. The role emphasizes problem solving, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving pharmacy technology environment, with regular on-call rotation and a focus on patient safety and

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a computer or computer science related field or preferred 4+ years related experience.
• 2+ years ScriptPro Customer Service experience.
• Preferred 4+ years experience with Windows OS, networking, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Expert knowledge of desktop and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.
• Expert experience supporting proprietary software applications.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL databases and query syntax.
• Experience with a remote support tool (BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, or Windows Remote Desktop).
• Experience with a help desk ticketing system (Oracle, Siebel, or other CRM systems).
• Experience with SLA driven resolution times.
• Typing speed of 50 WPM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries about products and services.
• Troubleshoot issues with proprietary software, RDLC reports, and Windows OS.
• Use remote support tools to assist customers and guide best practices for configuration and workflow.
• Respond to tickets from queues and manage priorities based on impact.
• Document all support activities with high data quality in Siebel.
• Mentor analysts and act as escalation point for team issues.
• Travel by air if located outside the area when needed.
