Job summary

Bestzyme is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for the Americas market. This role serves as a critical technical expert and problem-solver, delivering application solutions to drive sustainable business growth in the food ingredients line.

You will bridge customers, BD/sales, and R&D to improve products and support commercial success. Based in the United States and remote, you’ll guide formulation development, assist in new product concepts, and monitor industry trends.

Qualifications

Food science/technology/engineering degree, bachelor or above.
5+ years in application and formula development, with technical support in food & beverage, food ingredients, sweetener or flavor & fragrance industries.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities for internal and external stakeholders.
Familiar with ingredient and end-product regulations in food and nutrition industries.
Motivated, independent, and able to work remotely in the United States.
Fluent English and Chinese preferred; able to communicate with a global remote team.

Responsibilities

Visit customers to understand needs and provide application solutions.
Troubleshoot for internal/external customers and support regional BD/sales to meet targets.
Collaborate with customers on new product development concepts.
Work with R&D to optimize product performance and testing procedures.
Monitor industry trends to support product positioning.
Represent product value at industry events, forums, or seminars.
