Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; 5–6 years B2B sales or business development in food ingredients.
• Proven experience in key account management and channel development.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• High autonomy and ability to work independently.
• Market knowledge in Food & Beverage/Ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Execute the business strategy and annual plan to secure sales budget and profit goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and partners through proactive communication and visits.
• Maintain and share knowledge about products, applications and markets to optimize development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and growth in North/South America for food ingredients.
• Generate market insights on customer needs and industry trends to support new product launches.
• Complete temporary tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Be results driven with strong sales acumen.
