Bestzyme in the United States (remote) is seeking a Sales Manager for the Sweet Protein line. You will lead strategy, manage key accounts, and drive growth across North and South America in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor degree plus 5–6 years in B2B sales within food ingredients or related sectors, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a high degree of autonomy. Mandarin bilingual is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with 5-6 years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients or related sectors.
• Proven experience in key account management and channel development.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Execute the business strategy and annual plan to achieve sales and profit budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners with proactive communication and visits.
• Maintain product knowledge and share insights with internal teams for product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales in North/South America for food ingredients.
• Gather market insights to support market strategy for new product launches.
• Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
• Be results-driven with strong sales acumen.
