Job summary

Bestzyme in the United States is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for Sweet Protein. You will act as the technical expert and bridge between customers, BD/sales, and R&D to fuel growth in the food ingredients business.

Responsibilities include visiting customers to understand needs, delivering application solutions, troubleshooting, supporting new product development, and working with R&D to optimize performance and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in food science/tech/engineering.
• 5+ years in application and formula development.
• Experience in food/beverage ingredients, sweeteners or flavor/fragrance.
• Strong communication; English and Chinese preferred.
• Willing to be based in United States.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to understand needs and provide application solutions.
• Troubleshoot for customers and align with BD/sales to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with customers on new product development projects.
• Work with R&D to optimize product performance and testing procedures.
• Monitor industry trends to support product positioning.
• Participate in industry events to convey product value.
