Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Director to join our Solutioning team. You will bridge client needs and solutions, leading presales and delivery efforts, assembling cross-functional teams, and responding to RFIs/RFPs to win new business.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel to client meetings across the US, while growing our enterprise partnerships and delivering competitive, viable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software with teams in the SDLC.
• 5+ years in solutioning/sales/presales at director level desirable.
• Experience leading software delivery teams (Cloud, Data, DevOps, or Testing).
• Located in the US and able to travel 40%+.

Responsibilities

• Meet and translate client requirements into technical solutions for leads and prospects.
• Travel within the US to meet leads, attend events, and support sales discussions.
• Engage in technical conversations around software delivery at the solution level with clients.
• Collaborate with presales to generate decks and proposals for leads, projects, and teams.
• Provide consulting for best practices in software delivery with expertise in Data and Analytics, Quality, Cloud, Engineering, or AI.
