Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Director to join our Solutioning team. As a senior technical leader, you will bridge client needs with our solutions, shaping tailored approaches and coordinating with sales and delivery to win opportunities.

You will define scope, assemble cross-functional teams, and respond to RFIs/RFPs while ensuring viability and competitiveness. This role requires travel and deep domain experience in software delivery across cloud and data disciplines.

Qualifications

• This role blends presales expertise with delivery knowledge to design viable, competitive solutions.
• Leads cross-functional delivery teams and responds to complex RFIs/ RFPs.
• Expertise in cloud, data, analytics and engineering with strong client communication.
• Requires travel within the US and collaboration with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with leads and translate requirements into delivery-ready documents.
• Travel to meetings and events to support sales as the technical expert.
• Lead solution discussions about software delivery and team composition.
• Collaborate with presales to create decks and proposals for leads.
• Provide consulting on best practices in software delivery (Data/Analytics, Cloud, AI).
