Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Director to join our Solutioning team. You will bridge client needs with our technical solutions, shaping tailored strategies and leading cross-functional delivery efforts.

Expect to travel within the US to support client meetings and events, while delivering high-impact engagements from a remote setting. Lead teams of engineers, collaborate with sales, and drive growth through innovative technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SDLC building software with teams.
• 5+ years in solutioning/sales/presales/solution architect roles.
• 5+ years in one tech area within the SDLC building and implementing solutions.
• Experience leading teams of software developers or engineers.
• Willingness to travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Meet with leads and translate requirements into deliverables for the client and delivery teams.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events to support sales efforts.
• Lead technical conversations around software delivery at the solution level.
• Collaborate with presales to generate decks and proposals for leads and RFQs.
• Provide consulting on best practices in software delivery with Cloud, Data, or AI.
