Job summary

BairesDev in the United States seeks a Technical Director to join our Solutioning team. You will bridge client needs and our delivery capabilities, guiding presales, designing tailored technical solutions, and coordinating with sales and delivery to win opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, respond to RFIs, and travel to meet clients across the US, leveraging deep expertise in Cloud, Data, and AI to ensure viable, competitive solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading SDLC-driven software delivery.
• Strong background in presales, solutioning, and client-facing engagements.
• Proven ability to assemble cross-functional delivery teams for complex solutions.
• Expertise in Cloud, Data & Analytics, and AI.
• Experience managing technical proposals, RFIs, and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with leads and clients to translate requirements into compelling technical proposals.
• Travel within the US to support sales conversations and client meetings.
• Lead technical discussions on software delivery at the solution level.
• Collaborate with presales to generate decks and proposals, and to size delivery teams.
• Provide consulting on best practices in software delivery across Cloud, Data/Analytics, Quality, Engineering, or AI.
