Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Director to drive presales and delivery excellence across enterprise engagements. You will translate client needs into technical solutions, lead cross‑functional delivery teams, and collaborate with sales to secure opportunities. This role requires travel within the US and strong leadership in cloud, data, and software engineering.

Qualifications

8+ years in the SDLC building software with delivery teams.
5+ years in solutioning/sales/presales/solution architect roles; manager or director level desirable.
5+ years in one area (language/framework/tech) delivering tech solutions.
Experience leading teams delivering Cloud, Data, DevOps or Testing solutions.
Subject matter expertise in 1–2 verticals with deep domain experience desirable.
Experience with Cloud/DevOps/Infrastructure.
Must be located in the US.

Responsibilities

Meet with leads and prospects with the sales team to translate requirements into documents.
Travel to meet leads and support the Sales team as the technical expert.
Engage in technical conversations around software development and delivery at the solution level.
Collaborate with presales on decks and proposals for leads and RFQs.
Provide consulting for best practices in software delivery across Data/Analytics, Quality, Cloud, Engineering, or AI.
