As a technical expert bridging client needs and BairesDev's solutions, you'll engage with leads and prospects, design tailored technical solutions, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to secure new business opportunities.
This role combines presales expertise, delivery knowledge, and consulting skills, requiring both technical depth and strong communication abilities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years building software with teams in the SDLC.
- 5+ years in solutioning, sales, presales, or solution architecture roles.
- 5+ years in one specific technology area delivering solutions.
- Experience leading software development or engineering teams.
- Must be located in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Meet with leads and sales to translate requirements into digestible documents.
- Travel to meet leads and attend events to support the Sales team as the technical expert.
- Engage in technical conversations around software delivery at the solution level.
- Collaborate with presales to generate decks and proposals and size projects.
- Provide consulting for best practices in software delivery across data, analytics, cloud, engineering, or AI.
