Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to lead, design, and position HPE Aruba–based solutions for our North America channel partners. You will translate business needs into validated architectures, deliver demonstrations, and guide sales teams and customers through complex technical engagements.

This fully remote role requires 5+ years in enterprise networking, hands-on Aruba experience, and strong communication with executives, engineers, and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, architecting or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into validated technical architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to partners and Arrow sales teams for HPE Aruba solutions.
• Lead technical sales engagements: discovery, design, sizing, demonstrations, and migration planning.
• Deliver technical presentations and executive briefings to partner teams, engineers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales, partner managers, and engineering resources to drive initiatives.
