Horizon3 is hiring a Technical Recruiter to scale our engineering organization in a fast-paced remote environment. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and close top technical talent across Engineering, Product, and Design.

Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing, develop creative strategies to identify diverse candidates, and continuously refine processes to improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring teams.
• High social aptitude and relationship-building ability — you know how to build trust quickly and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
