You will own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design, building diverse pipelines and shaping our recruiting strategy with data-driven insights. This role offers remote work with global opportunities and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust quickly and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Solid technical acumen for understanding engineering roles.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Ability to operate independently and drive processes forward.
• Data-driven mindset to improve recruiting efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Build high-quality, diverse pipelines in a competitive market.
• Drive recruiting strategy end-to-end from sourcing to closing.
• Develop creative strategies to identify top cyber and non-cyber talent.
• Continuously evaluate and rebuild recruiting processes.
• Help shape how we recruit as a company with data and ideas.
