Job summary

Real Time Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter- Engineering to source, screen, and place engineering professionals across projects, leveraging ATS and proactive headhunting.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting for aerospace, software, hardware, and related engineering domains, with a remote-friendly environment and opportunities to partner with HR and hiring managers to deliver top talent efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years recruiting for technical roles (Aerospace, Space, Semiconductor, Healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, assessment, negotiation, closing).
• Experience recruiting Engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Verification/Validation, Test, Mechanical, Hardware).
• Experience in Aerospace preferred; Automotive/Medical/Semiconductor a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify job requirements, source, pre-screen, and submit qualified candidates.
• Assess technical and soft skills against job requirements and references.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS (CATS) and Excel.
• Develop a network of candidates and referrals.
