Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a high-caliber Technical Recruiter to scale engineering and IT teams. You’ll partner with hiring managers, hunt niche talent, and lead full-cycle recruitment from kickoff to close.

Ideal candidates have senior-level experience, strong sourcing skills, and comfort with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. This remote role offers autonomy and a path to impact across tech domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in technical recruitment (Senior) or 3+ years (Mid-level).
• Proven track record hiring across Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or SAP.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, and engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth environment.
• Nice-to-haves: agency and in-house experience; SAP or DevOps networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from kickoff to offer and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through advanced sourcing and headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical candidate profiles.
• Conduct rigorous technical screenings for hard skills and cultural fit.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience reflecting team standards.
• Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks in IT, SAP sectors.
