You will own full-cycle recruiting, build diverse pipelines in a competitive market, and help shape recruiting processes with data-driven strategies. This remote-first role requires a reliable broadband connection.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership to build technical talent pipelines.
• Track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong data mindset to optimize recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Ability to manage multiple roles end-to-end in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage engineers and product designers.
