You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to create data-driven strategies that prioritize quality and speed, while engaging passive candidates to build a diverse, top-tier talent pool.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in engineering hiring, with at least 2 years in-house.
• Proven ability to source and engage with technical talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Adaptable, growth-minded, and able to work in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume engineering pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and data-driven strategies.
• Proactively source passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders and provide timely communication.
• Leverage recruitment metrics to guide strategy and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of competitor practices and nurture networks in the space.
