Horizon3 AI is a fully remote company seeking a Technical Recruiter to scale our engineering organization. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and close top technical talent.

This role owns full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design, building diverse pipelines in a competitive market. You’ll design sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience, and drive processes that accelerate hiring.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage hiring teams and candidates.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, and design.
