We seek a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design, building diverse pipelines in a competitive market and partnering with leadership to hire exceptional talent quickly.

You will drive sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and process improvements in a fast-paced startup, with equity opportunities and a fully remote

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence both candidates and hiring teams.
• High social aptitude and relationship-building ability to maintain strong pipelines.
• Solid technical acumen to discuss engineering roles with credibility.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing.
