Hired is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify and hire top engineering and technical talent. This remote, full-time role partners with engineering leaders to fill roles thoughtfully and efficiently.

You will run full-cycle recruiting, source through LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and referrals, and coordinate complex interview loops with managers. The position offers a performance-based bonus structure and annual learning stipend.

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical recruiting (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of engineering roles and tech stacks.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms.
• Proven ability to close senior engineers in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and referrals.
• Conduct technical screens and coordinate assessments.
• Coordinate interview loops with engineering managers.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and improve funnel conversion.
