Job summary

Recast Software Inc. is seeking a Technical Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding journey, guide customers through setup, and act as a technical advisor during the first 90 days of deployment.

You will configure customer environments, share best practices, and develop resources to facilitate onboarding. Collaboration with Customer Success, Support, and Product is essential to prioritize issues and deliver value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical customer-facing or internal service role.
• Hands-on MECM and/or Intune deployment experience.
• Strong Windows desktop and server knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise networks and Configuration Manager/Intune.
• Detail-oriented with timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own all onboarding components, schedule calls, and guide first 90 days.
• Assist customers with configuration and best practices.
• Create resources (videos, trainings, docs) for onboarding.
• Improve onboarding processes for seamless experiences.
• Coordinate with CS, Support, and Product to triage issues.
• Lead customer trainings as subject matter expert.
• Build deep understanding of Recast products and customer environments.
