Job summary

ApprentiScope, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead new customer implementations from contract to go-live. You will architect project plans, coordinate data migrations, enable SSO, and guide IT and security stakeholders through technical rollouts.

You will also scale onboarding for smaller customers with cohort trainings and self-serve resources, building templates and playbooks as part of a growing team. This role blends project management with technical configuration and teaching.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation, onboarding, or technical project management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven ability to run 10+ concurrent implementations with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on experience with SSO and identity providers (SAML, Entra, Okta), data migration, and integrations.
• Experience running enterprise rollouts: security reviews, IT and procurement stakeholders, multi-month timelines.
• Experience building or running one-to-many onboarding: cohorts, webinars, templated implementations.
• Comfort with data: tracking cycle times and CRM hygiene (HubSpot).
• Aptitude for developing deep technical product knowledge and learning a regulated domain: Registered Apprenticeship compliance.
• Training and facilitation skills: can teach a room of field users or executives.
• Writes documentation that others can run: project plans, status updates, playbooks.
• Structured operator who can manage a dozen concurrent projects without detail slips.

Responsibilities

• Own new customer onboarding from contract signature to go-live: build the project plan, set milestones, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver on schedule.
• Run enterprise implementations end to end: SSO and identity setup, data migration, security coordination, and phased rollouts.
• Configure each customer's environment around their program structure and compliance requirements.
• Deliver role-based training for sponsors, admins, and field staff.
• Track time-to-launch and proactively clear blockers; ensure a named owner and next steps.
