Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle for multifamily real estate partners, including PMCs, REITs, regional operations leaders, and onsite community teams.

You’ll lead onboarding from start to finish, coordinating with Sales, Client Success, Field Operations, and Product to ensure value is realized quickly. The role requires strong technical implementation skills and experience running complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client onboarding or implementation at a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services company.
• Led enterprise or multi-location rollouts from handoff to adoption, including playbooks and SOPs.
• Experience coordinating software integrations or data migrations with clients and technical teams.
• Strong organization and data-driven problem-solving across dozens of rollouts.
• Clear communication to executives and non-technical staff; comfortable with ambiguity and evolving tools.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for newly contracted properties and 90-day rollout.
• Build implementation plans, milestone schedules, and kickoff meetings with regional leaders.
• Coordinate technical setup, data migration, and integrations with property management systems.
• Lead virtual and onsite training for regional managers and onsite staff.
• Track SLA compliance, CSAT, and adoption; diagnose and resolve issues.
