Job summary

Trustwell is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist to lead complex onboarding for large enterprise customers. You will mentor peers, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to refine the platform, and advise customers through requirements gathering, deployment, training, and transition to Customer Success.

You will guide strategic onboarding programs, develop best practices, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure adoption and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or similar; preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in PM or similar onboarding role; required.
• PMP certificate preferred.
• Experience with FoodLogiQ, Salesforce, JIRA, Gantt charts, Smartsheet, Python, Workato, Harvest, Auth0 etc.; preferred.
• Experience designing, presenting, and maintaining training video content; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects with enterprise customers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
• Mentor onboarding team members on best practices and project management techniques.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to gather feedback and improve the platform.
• Serve as subject matter expert in FoodLogiQ configuration and process design to maximize value.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, internal and external, to educate customers and teams.
